Cory's favorite Pico De Gallo!

I was making this tonight and it made me think of Cory.
4 Medium tomatoes ( I usually add a couple more. I use Roma tomatoes)
1/2 Cup Onion
1/2 Cup celery
1/2 cup green pepper
2 Tbs cilantro
2 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup EVOO (Extra Virgin Olivie Oil) thanks Misty
1 tsp. Mustard seed
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs jalapenos

Chop up everything very fine and mix all together...yum
