Peas and Pasta

1 lb. penne rigatoni pasta
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb sausage
12 oz frozen peas
2 cups heavy cream
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. In skillet, saute garlic in a little oil. Brown sausage in skillet. Once brown, add frozen peas and simmer for 5 minutes. Slowly add heavy cream and butter to skillet; bring to a slight boil. Cook for 5 minutes and toss with cooked pasta. Top with Parmesan cheese.
