Sausage Bean Soup

A new l restaurant openin American Fork called Flour Girls and Dough Boys.
They serve home made soups, breads and salads.
There signature soup is a sausage and bean soup, which I had with a friend
of mine. She made note of what was in the soup and made it. She gave me
some and I worked some changeson it. It is so tasty, makes a lot, freezes well and
is just delicious. It is healthy too. Hope you can make it and enjoy it too.

Brown some low fat sausage or
I used cut up link sausage I got at Costco:
Chef Bruce Aidells Chicken & Apple Smoked Sausage
(MMmmmm Good)
Add browned meat to the following:
1 onion, chopped
2 cans white beans, drained & rinsed
2 cans diced Italian tomatoes
1 sm. zucchini, diced
Celery, chopped
Italian Parsley, cut w/ scissors
1 sm. package baby spinach
1 can beef broth
Macaroni
Italian seasoning
Garlic salt
Simmer till veggies are tender.
Serve w/bread of choice
